ORDERING
All of the listed prices on this website are below retail, as we do not maintain a showroom or sales staff. Full payment is required before any product will be shipped. Custom items must be paid in full before order placement. Small and/or urgent orders which are not in stock can be air-freighted, with typical production times of 4-6 weeks. Larger items, or those not in stock, will require longer delivery times. We may provide faster shipping for additional costs.
We know you will be pleased with the quality of our carving, flexibility when handling one-of-a kind or short-run jobs, and ability to change specifications on short notice.
WHOLESALE
For clients such as furniture makers, architects, molding shops, interior decorators, and framing shops, Liberty Carvings offers a wholesale carving service. If you are interested in wholesale purchasing, please contact us and we will negotiate even lower pricing, based on your volume and other variables.
With our airfreight connections, we can offer short turn-around times to meet your needs. For continuous production, we use an ocean freight service yielding substantially lower costs. We are also happy to sign exclusivity agreements to protect our customers’ material.
SHIPPING
All of our prices are FOB from Jamestown, Rhode Island, and are quoted in US dollars. We ship most items via FedEx Ground service. If you provide us with your town and zip code, we can get you a shipping quote. International shipments can be quoted with UPS-SCS, or an air freighter of your choice.
RETURN POLICY
At Liberty Carvings, we take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will continue to work with you to get the product to your satisfaction. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
